Terms
Timeslots are allocated on a first come first served basis and are kept by clients for the duration of their therapy.
The first session is an assessment session. If you wish to do further sessions, there is also a retainer fee of one session to pay. This is non-refundable, secures an allocated weekly timeslot and pays for an arranged ending session.
48hrs notice is required for all cancellations with late cancellations being charged for in full. Sessions are paid for in advance either by bank transfer or in cash, or monthly if that’s more convenient.
